About
A short self written tale, done in 3rd person, of an anxiety filled, slightly depressed teenager turning into a young lad with big ideas and dreams...
Born 16th of October 2003, Harrison has always been interested in Music, even since he was young. When he was younger, he used to listen to 2010s RnB and Pop. Later on in life, in late 2018, at a time he was really struggling with depression and mental health, he found 2 bands that would change his life forever: Oasis, and Coldplay. These two bands would be his gateway and self prescribed medication, putting his mind back on track, and influence him to start a band. Originally, his first band was started with a few of his friends from Secondary School. His brother joined later to form the indie band, Strife. They released a few demos on YouTube, with Harrison as the Lead Singer and occasional Songwriter, and his older brother as the Songwriter and Lead Guitarist. The Band stayed together until partway through the C*VID Pandemic. Sod C*OVID.
After Strife broke up, Harrison wrote his oldest song that has been released so far, Blind Eye, and began writing Dreams, which later got put on hold. He went to College at the end of the first lockdown, and met many like-minded people. He formed an Indie Rock band there, heavily influence by Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes called Bermudas. This would continue to be Harrison's primary focus throughout College. they performed multiple times together and wrote several songs. Harrison was Lead Guitar, Vocals, and the primary songwriter.
It was during his time at College that Harrison began his solo work. During late 2021, Bermudas went quiet. no longer performing, and rarely rehearsing. It became January of the next year, and Harrison was lead on by a girl he liked at the time, and it broke his heart. He proceeded to write two songs, being Midnight and See You Later. Midnight was released as his debut single, with the intention of See You Later being it's B-Side. However, The distribution service wouldn't allow it. He changed distribution services, and released the Blackout EP in April. It instantly caught people's attention, and he quickly became known around Essex.
To this day, he tries extremely hard to achieve his dream. He never gives up, even if his anxiety causes him to struggle and knocks his confidence. Seeing other people succeed around him makes him worry he's not good enough, but the people closest to him always help him when he's feeling down.

Love your family and the ones around you, you never know when you're going to need them. Xx
